How Do I Contact Reytorra About an Order Issue?

Refund Policy

We have a strict return policy; however, please contact us anytime.
1. We do not give refunds to lost, untracked orders.
2. We do not accept return products. If you have an issue with quality or missing items, we can send replacements or partial refunds with proof of the issue.
3. For lost tracked packages, we can only give partial refunds, or we can send one replacement.

When Will My Order Ship?

Your order will ship within 1-2 business days. If you order on Friday your order will be shipped on Monday.

Do You Ship To My Country?

I am working on adding new countries to this shop! At this moment if you are from outside the U.S you can buy my products here on my Etsy Shop!

Where Is My Tracking Number?

If you chose untracked shipping that means your order will be sent as a letter. That means it could take from 1 week to up to 1 month to arrive. We cannot give refunds to lost untracked orders.

My Order Never Arrived.

We are unable to give refunds to lost untracked orders. If your tracked order has not arrived within two weeks of the ship by date please contact us below and we're happy to help. We will reply within 1-2 business days.
