How Do I Contact Reytorra About an Order Issue?

Refund Policy
We have a strict return/refund policy; however, please contact us anytime.
1. We do not give refunds to lost, untracked orders.
2. We do not accept return products. If you have an issue with quality or missing items, we can send replacements or partial refunds with proof of the issue.
3. For lost tracked packages, we can only give partial refunds, or we can send one replacement
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 3-5 business days. If you order on Friday your order will be shipped on Monday.
Do you ship to my country?
I am working on adding new countries to this shop! If your country is not included visit our Etsy Shop!
Where Is My Tracking Number?
Your tracking number will be sent to your email. If you did not receive it scroll down and contact our team. Be sure to enter your order number!
